Class settings
Adjust the schedule, location, pickup time, bank/QR for tuition, and toggle features on or off for each class.
How to access
- Go to Classes → select the class
- Select the Settings tab
Main options
Schedule
Edit the day, start time, and session duration. Changes apply from the next session. With a fixed schedule, parents/students may get reminders before class day.
Class location
Enter an address or use Pick on map to drop a pin. Students use GPS to auto check in when they're near the location.
Pickup time & reminders
Defaults to the session end time. You can add extra minutes if needed. Parents receive an email about 30 minutes before the configured pickup time.
Klassi does not have a separate “pickup reminder” product (no dedicated late-pickup push bot). You only get pickup time in class settings + the pre-pickup email. For extra notices, use messaging or class announcements.
Bank account / QR for tuition
In Settings, under class bank details:
- Enter bank name, account number, account holder
- (Optional) Upload a transfer QR image
Parents see the STK/QR on their portal when tuition is unpaid. → Tuition
Makeup groups & session-package fees
- Parallel classes & makeup — same Settings screen. → Details
- Billing mode → Session package under fees. → Details

Online / hybrid classes
Set Session type (offline / online / hybrid) when creating or editing the schedule. Attach Meet/Zoom links per session — students tap Join class to be marked present. → Online class
FAQ
Does turning off a feature affect what parents see?
Yes — parents won't see that tab on their parent page. For example, turning off Materials hides the Materials tab for parents.
Does changing the schedule affect past sessions?
No — past session history stays unchanged. The new schedule only applies to future sessions.
Is there a pickup-reminder app?
No — only pickup time + email ~30 minutes before (see above).
