Auto fee reminders
Klassi emails parents (and sends web push if they linked an account) on the due-date schedule — no manual chasing each time. Available on the Solo plan and above.
How reminders work

If a parent/student opened the portal within ~24 hours, pre-due emails are skipped (anti-spam) but the milestone is still marked.
Requirements
- Workspace on Solo / Solo+AI (auto-reminders flag)
- Unpaid tuition records with a valid due date
- Parent email (parent-required classes) or student email (adult classes)
- Email delivery enabled in the environment
There is no per-class reminder toggle — reminders follow the workspace plan.
Free plan: use Copy reminder on the Fees tab for Zalo; upgrade to Solo for automatic reminders.

Is this available on the free plan?

Can I customize the reminder schedule?
The schedule is fixed: 7 days before due, 3 days before due, on the due day, and when overdue. Custom timing is planned later.
A parent says they're not receiving reminders?
Check the parent email. Ask them to check Spam. If still missing, submit a support request.
