Session schedule reminders
When a class has a fixed weekly schedule, Klassi can email (and push, if accounts are linked) a reminder before class day so parents/students know what’s coming.
How reminders work

You don’t tap Send every night. This is separate from tuition reminders and from post-attendance emails.
What you need
- A weekly schedule in Class settings (or a session already set for tomorrow)
- Students with a parent email (or learner email for adult classes)
- Mail not blocked as spam
FAQ
No reminder email?
Check that the schedule is saved, emails are correct, and spam folder. One-off sessions outside the weekly schedule may not get a D-1 reminder.
Can I turn schedule reminders off?
There is no separate toggle in Release 1 — reminders follow class schedule + contact emails. Keep emails accurate, or contact support for exceptional cases.
How is this different from pickup reminders?
Schedule reminder = class is coming. Pickup reminder = email ~30’ before pickup time in settings — see Class settings. There is no separate pickup app.
