Release 1: The Pricing page and Plan checkout only offer Free · Solo · Solo+AI. Center / Custom plans are assigned by admin — contact support if you need them.

AI quotas reset on the 1st of each month. Purchased credits do not reset monthly.

How to upgrade
- Go to Account → Plan (or visit
/app/billing) - Select Solo or Solo+AI (Center plans are not shown in self-serve checkout)
- Choose billing cycle: monthly or annual (annual saves 2 months)
- Pay via bank transfer (SePay)
- Plan activates immediately after payment is confirmed
Changed your mind after starting checkout?
If you have not transferred yet, tap Cancel payment on the QR/invoice screen to pick a different plan. If you already paid, do not cancel — wait a few minutes or contact support.
Mid-cycle upgrades (already on a paid plan)
On Billing plan, each upgrade card shows the actual amount to transfer (may be lower than the list price on the Pricing page).

Example: Solo monthly (250k VND), 20 days used in a 30-day period, upgrade to Solo+AI annual (5M): credit ≈ 83k for 10 remaining Solo days → pay ≈ 4,916,667 VND, then Solo+AI runs for 12 months from payment.
Downgrades (e.g. Solo+AI → Solo) or annual → monthly: take effect at the end of the current paid period — no automatic refund.
Refunds: SePay does not auto-refund. Use Billing plan → Contact support or submit a support request.
FAQ
I paid but the plan hasn't activated?
Usually within a few minutes. After 15 minutes, submit a support request with a transfer screenshot.
Will I lose my data if I upgrade?
No — all classes, students, and history are kept.
What happens if I cancel?
Go to Plan → Cancel subscription. Active until period end, then reverts to Free (1 class, max 15 students/class).
Need a 3rd class on Solo?
Buy an extra class slot (~85k/mo) or upgrade to Solo+AI (7 classes + AI — often better value).
Ran out of AI quota mid-month?
Top up credits (parent/teacher) or wait for the monthly reset on the 1st.
Need a Center plan (multiple teachers, many classes)?
Contact support — an admin assigns center_* or custom to your workspace; not available as self-serve checkout in Release 1.
