Adult class
Turn on Adult class when parents aren’t needed: hide the parent flow; learners use their own portal (attendance, materials, leave, Class AI…).
Enable / disable
- Classes → select class → Settings
- Enable Adult class
- Save
Turning it off again restores the parent flow — existing parent emails/links may no longer match how you run the class.

Suggested flow
- Create class → enable Adult class
- Add learners (one-by-one or bulk)
- Send the learner link (Share on Students tab)
- Run attendance / tuition / materials as usual
- (Optional) Ask learners to link their account so they can sign in without the magic link
FAQ
Still seeing parent UI?
Confirm you Saved settings and refreshed the class page.
Who pays tuition?
You still track fees in the app and record payments. Class bank STK/QR still shows on the right portal when unpaid.
Switching a kids class to adult?
Plan carefully: existing parent emails may not fit. Prefer a new class or update learner contacts.
