Invite workspace members (Center)

The Workspace / Tenant screen (/app/tenant) is for multi-user workspaces (Center / custom plans). Solo teachers usually don’t need this screen.

Invite members

1. Teacher app → account menu → Workspace (or /app/tenant)
2. Invite member → enter email → pick role
3. Send — the invitee follows the email to join

Member limits follow your plan (used / max shown on the page).

Domain & subdomain

• Workspace slug → URL like https://<slug>.… when subdomains are enabled
• You can add a custom domain, verify DNS, then attach it

Ask admin/support if you’re unsure which DNS records to create.

SSO (if enabled)

Some workspaces configure SSO (Google Workspace / IdP). SSO settings live on the same workspace page — usually owner/admin only. Members just sign in as the center instructs.

FAQ

No Workspace menu?
Solo plan or no workspace-admin role. Center plans are assigned by admin — contact support.

Invited but can’t join?
Check spam, invite expiry, and that they use the invited email.
