Session pulse (how was class?)
After a session, students can quickly pick Hard / OK / Great on their portal. You see the aggregate on that session’s Attendance view.
What students do
- Open the student portal (share link or linked account)
- When feedback is available, they see How was class today?
- Tap one level: 😕 Hard · 😐 OK · 😊 Great
One vote per student per session (optional).
Where teachers see it
- Classes → Attendance → open the session (open or closed)
- Session feedback — counts and share of Hard / OK / Great
Empty until students submit.
FAQ
Students don’t see the banner?
It appears when the portal has an eligible session. Check they’re on the right class/session and opened the portal after class.
Does pulse email parents?
No — teacher-only aggregate in the app.
Different from class polls?
Pulse = quick mood for one session. Polls / anonymous Q&A are separate — see guide.
