Sponsor Class AI for a class — wallet credits
When students run out of monthly Class AI quota, teachers can sponsor the class: move credits from Wallet into the class pool so students can keep asking. Parents can also buy credits for their child.
What is class sponsorship?
Sponsor class = teacher tops up Wallet credits → transfers to the class sponsor pool → each extra student Class AI question (after the free monthly pool) debits the class pool first.
- Not used for the teacher’s own questions in Class AI Q&A — teachers top up Wallet for that.
- Free monthly pool is used first; sponsorship applies when that pool is exhausted.
Teacher: sponsor AI for a class
- Top up Wallet if needed: Wallet → pick a package (e.g. 25k / 45k / 75k) → bank transfer (SePay)
- Classes → select class → Class AI tab
- Open Settings → Sponsor class
- Enter credits → Sponsor class
If balance is low, Top up wallet first.

Parent: buy AI credits
When Class AI is on and your child is out of monthly quota:
- Open the parent portal link from the teacher
- Link your account if prompted
- Open Wallet / AI prompt → choose a credit package → pay by transfer
- Credits apply after payment confirmation
Cancel on the QR screen if you have not paid yet.
