Use wallet, AI access, and notifications

Some portal features work best after you link your parent account: multi-child home, AI credit top-up, and browser notifications for teacher replies.

Link first

1. Open your parent link
2. Tap Link account or Save account
3. Continue with email OTP (standard portal claim flow)
4. Next time, sign in from Parent login / /parent/home to see all children/classes

Wallet and AI credits

If the teacher enables Class AI:

1. Open the AI or wallet prompt in the portal
2. Link your account if asked
3. Buy a credit package when the child needs more AI practice
4. Credits are used after free/monthly quota is exhausted

Payments may create a pending bank-transfer invoice. Credits appear after payment is confirmed.

Started the wrong credit package?
If you have not transferred yet, tap Cancel payment on the pending invoice screen to choose another package.

Message notifications

1. Open Messages
2. Allow browser notifications when prompted
3. Keep the portal installed or bookmarked for faster return

Notifications depend on your browser/device settings. If muted, open the portal manually to check replies.
