Copy settings from another class

Creating a similar class? Start from an existing class so schedule, rewards, skills, materials, and Class AI setup do not need to be rebuilt by hand.

Copy while creating a class

1. Go to Classes → Create new class
2. Expand Copy from existing class
3. Pick the source class
4. Click Apply
5. Review the form, then edit anything that should be different
6. Click Save class

Optional copy items

You can choose what to bring over:

Student lists, attendance history, messages, tuition records, and homework submissions are not copied.

Tips

• Copy first, then rename the class and adjust the schedule
• For a new term, copy materials but create fresh students
• Check Class AI material status after copying before telling students to use Practice
