Share link with parents
Each parent has a unique link to view their child's attendance and fees. Copy it and send via message or email — parents open it directly, no account needed.
How to share
- Go to Classes → select the class
- Select the Students tab
- Find the student → click Share (share icon next to the name)
- Choose how to send:
- Copy link → paste into a message or email
- Or click Share via... to send directly

Suggested message for first-time sharing
When sending for the first time, include a short note so parents know what to expect:
"Hi, here is the link to view [child's name]'s attendance and fees on Klassi. No account needed — just open it on your phone: [link]"
Does the link expire?
Links don't expire under normal use — they automatically renew each time the parent opens them. If a parent hasn't opened the link in 90 days, it may need to be reissued (the system will notify you).
FAQ
Parent says the link doesn't open?
Check that the link wasn't cut off when sent (common with SMS). Use a messaging app or email for reliable delivery.
Want to resend the link?
Go to the Students tab → find the student → click Share — the existing link is still valid, just copy and resend.
Does the student also need a separate link?
Yes. The student and parent links are different. Find the student link on the same row.
