Review homework, skills, and broadcasts

Beyond attendance and tuition, each class can track homework photos, skill progress, and announcements to parents or students.

Review homework submissions

1. Go to Classes → select a class
2. Open Materials → Homework
3. Open a submission to view the photo
4. Mark it reviewed and add feedback if needed

Students upload homework photos from their portal. iPhone HEIC photos are converted before upload when possible.

Track skills

1. Open the class → Students hub → Skills
2. Add or update skill rows for the class
3. Mark progress per student
4. Use the matrix to see who needs review

Parents can see recent progress in the portal overview when skill updates are available.

Send a broadcast

1. Open the class Overview
2. Click Broadcast
3. Choose audience: parents, students, or both
4. Type the announcement and send

Broadcasts appear on the parent/student portal home so families do not miss class-wide updates.
