Manage teacher page reviews
Parents and students can leave star ratings on your public page. You reply publicly, and reviews appear on your page and in the tutor directory after moderation.
How reviews work
- A visitor opens your page at
klassi.vn/p/your-name - They scroll to Reviews → fill in name, role, rating (1–5 stars), and comment
- New reviews are pending until approved by the Klassi team
- Approved reviews show on your page with average rating
Manage reviews (teacher)
- Go to My Page → Reviews tab
- See all reviews for your page — pending, approved, or reported
- For approved reviews, type a public reply → Save reply
- If a review is inappropriate, click Report — the team will review it

Tips
- Reply to thank parents — builds trust for new families browsing your page
- Encourage satisfied parents to leave a review after a few sessions
- Reviews with higher ratings appear in tutor directory cards
FAQ
Can I delete a review myself?
You can Report it. Permanent removal is handled by moderation.
Do reviews show student names?
Only the name the reviewer enters (e.g. "Parent of Minh"). No class data is exposed.
Reviews not showing on my page?
They may still be pending approval. Check the Reviews tab for status.
