View materials, rewards, and request leave

Your parent portal is more than attendance and tuition. Depending on teacher settings, you can view class materials, reward points, and submit leave requests.

Materials

1. Open your parent link
2. On mobile: tap More → Materials. On larger screens: use the Materials tab directly
3. View or download files the teacher shared
4. Check Overview → timeline for session notes and homework-related updates

If you do not see Materials, the teacher may have turned it off for the class.

Reward points

1. On mobile: More → Rewards. On larger screens: Rewards tab
2. View this month's point balance
3. Check the gift catalog and redemption history

Teachers award and confirm redemptions. Parents can see progress but do not spend points directly.

Request leave

1. Open the Attendance tab
2. At the top, under Request leave, select an upcoming session
3. Enter a reason (required)
4. Tap Submit

The teacher reviews it. Approved requests are recorded as Excused.
