Recover your student link
Already linked your account? Skip this page — go to
klassi.vn/student/login(or Login → Student) and sign in with email.
Use recover only if you have not saved an account and lost / expired the Zalo link from the teacher.
When to use what
| Situation | What to do |

| Already linked / saved account | Sign in with email — do not recover |
| Never linked, lost the Zalo link | Recover below — a new portal link goes to your email |
| Adult class, no phone on file | Recover with email only |
| Not sure | Try sign-in first; if nothing arrives, recover or ask the teacher |
Steps (not linked yet)
- Visit
klassi.vn/student/recoveron your phone - Enter your email on file with the teacher
- Optionally enter your phone (needed for K–12 students; adult learners without a phone can leave it blank)
- Complete the bot check if shown → tap Send link
- Check that email (including Spam) — a new portal link arrives within a few minutes

FAQ
I already linked my account — do I need recover?
No. Use student sign-in. Recover is for the share-link flow before you save an account.
No email arrived?
- Check Spam
- Make sure email (+ phone if used) match the class roster
- If you already linked, you may get a sign-in tip instead of a Zalo-style link — open
/student/login - Or ask your teacher to resend the link
Adult class / no phone?
Leave phone blank and use the learner email the teacher saved.
Have a live practice code?
You can open klassi.vn/student/live/join and enter the code / scan QR. If you don't have a portal link yet, you'll be guided to recover with the live code attached.
