Deleted the message or link stopped working? Enter the phone + email the teacher has on file to receive a new link.
Steps
- Visit
klassi.vn/parent/recoveron your phone - Enter your parent phone number and email registered with the teacher
- Complete the bot check if shown → tap Send link
- Check your email (including Spam) — you'll receive a new link within a few minutes

FAQ
I submitted but didn't receive anything?
- Check your Spam or Promotions folder
- Make sure phone + email match what the teacher saved when adding your child
- If still not received, ask the teacher to resend the link directly
I don't remember which phone/email I used?
Ask the teacher to check the contact details on file, then use that exact pair to recover.
Is the new link different from the old one?
Yes — the new link will be different. Save it to your home screen so you don't lose it again. → Add to home screen
